Former Wanderer’s player and personal trainer, Ronan Mahon, has started a new fitness business at the club.
Ronan has spent the past decade in Australia where he learned the benefits of High-Intensity Interval Training, commonly known as HIIT. Working as a personal trainer Ronan taught HIIT classes on Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach.
Each class is 45 minutes long. A dynamic warm-up is followed by, 30 minutes of HIIT training involving weights, body weight exercise and cardio exercise. The class is finished with a stretch inspired by yoga and pilates to increase flexibility and mobility.
