We are saddened at the death of Arthur Pollock a long time member,and former player with the Club. We extend our condolences to his wife Irene, his sister Lucy Bell, brother Brian and his extended family and friends in Ireland and the UK.

Arthur played for Wanderers 1st XV before emigrating to Canada. The picture below shows Arthur (seated on the ground on the right) in 1952/53. Players include two future captains of their country Ronnie Dawson (Ireland) and Peter Young (England) together with Paddy Butler who had won a Leinster Senior Cup medal in 1945/46.
